License, insurance, references.
The paperwork your property manager, GC, or facility director needs to open a vendor file. Documents are furnished per project on qualified request — nothing scoped or bonded is published in blanket form here because it is always project-specific.
North Carolina General Contractor License
Active NC General Contractor license — class: Limited (per-project scope up to $500,000). License #: [LCC LICENSE #]. Verify at nclbgc.org/verify-a-license. Projects that exceed our class are declined or referred — we do not stretch scope past our license.
Insurance Coverage
General liability, commercial auto, and workers' compensation coverage in force. Certificate of insurance and additional-insured endorsement issued per project on qualified request. Specific policy limits are confirmed on the certificate at time of issue.
Bonding
Payment and performance bonding capacity available for qualified projects. Specific bond amounts are confirmed per engagement rather than published — bonding is always scoped to the project size and property owner requirements.
Business Documentation
W-9 on file and issued immediately on onboarding. DUNS number available on request for federal, state, and enterprise vendor systems. NC Secretary of State registration current and verifiable.
Active Commercial References
Currently referenceable: three North Carolina property management companies, two commercial warehouse operators, and one large commercial client. Reference contact information is provided after project scope has been shared and fit has been qualified — not published on this page.

Send project scope, site address, and target timeline through the request form or direct email.
We confirm scope fit against license class and schedule — usually within one business day.
COI, additional-insured, W-9, references, and any project-specific compliance documents are issued.
